Max A. Adams
MANAGING PARTNER
Max A. Adams, Esq., LUTCF, began his academic journey at New York University before earning his Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Miami. He pursued his legal studies at the District of Columbia School of Law and the University of Richmond. Max is a respected attorney and an active member of the Florida Bar.
As the visionary founder and CEO of MediSolutions Group, LLC, Max has cultivated a diverse portfolio of businesses. He oversees the operations of The MediLaw Firm, Medi Accounting Services, Medi Billing Services, and Levanti Wealth.
With a specialization in Asset Protection, Estate Planning, Corporations, and Contract Negotiations, particularly for doctors, Max brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his clients. His longstanding career in the financial and insurance sectors, which commenced in 1995, has established him as a trusted authority in the industry. Today, he is the sought-after attorney for over 7,500 clients, testament to his dedication and expertise.
Natalie Munoz
PARALEGAL/MANAGER
Natalie Lopez joined The Medi-Law Firm in October 2010, starting as a receptionist. Motivated by a passion for the legal industry, she advanced her education at Florida International University (FIU). There, she first earned her Legal Secretary certificate before acquiring her Paralegal certificate from the university’s respected Legal Studies Institute.
Currently, Natalie is working towards her Associate of Arts and has her sights set on a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Her dedication to her studies is further emphasized by her memberships in both the PHI THETA KAPPA Honor Society and The National Society of Leadership and Success. These accomplishments underscore her drive to enhance her managerial expertise, especially for the benefit of The Medi-Law Firm.
In her role as office manager, Natalie is pivotal in coordinating various administrative operations, managing the staff, overseeing payroll, and bridging office services with the accounting department. In addition, she holds positions as a Notary Public, Remote Notary Specialist, and Certified Loan Signing Agent.
Away from her desk, Natalie takes pleasure in nurturing her garden, trying out new baking recipes, and cherishing moments with her six dogs and family.
Sandra G. Acuna
LEGAL SECRETARY/ BUSINESS COORDINATOR
Sandra embarked on her journey with The Medi-Law Firm in November 2012, taking on the role of a receptionist. Over time, her exceptional communication skills and dedication paved the way for her to become Attorney Max A. Adams’ direct assistant. In this vital role, she meticulously manages his calendar and serves as his primary go-to person for coordination and support, ensuring the seamless execution of his professional commitments. Recognizing her talents and the value she brings, she was elevated to the role of Business Coordinator, exclusively for Max. Sandra further enhanced her professional credentials by obtaining her legal secretary certificate in 2012 and also proudly serves as a Notary Public.
Outside of her rigorous professional schedule, Sandra’s heart belongs to her daughter. They share cherished moments together, with her daughter being the center of Sandra’s universe.
Evelyn Gutierrez
ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR
Evelyn has been an integral member of The Medi-Law Firm since August 2016. Initially joining as an account administrator, she transitioned into the vital role of a legal assistant. With unwavering dedication and precision, she adeptly manages the incorporation of our clients’ companies, oversees renewals, amendments, and dissolutions, and is entrusted with the law firm’s billing and collections. Additionally, Evelyn holds the position of a Notary Public.
On the academic front, Evelyn eagerly anticipates the completion of her Associate of Science (AS) degree by Fall 2024. Her commitment to academic excellence is celebrated with her membership in the esteemed PHI THETA KAPPA Honor Society.
Outside of her professional sphere, Evelyn is a devoted wife and doting mother to two sons. The moments spent with her family, immersed in activities and creating lasting memories, are especially dear to her. When seeking moments of relaxation and mindfulness, she often turns to her yoga sessions.
