Emre Yersel acquired his B.B.A. in accounting from Florida Atlantic University summa cum laude in 2009 and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law magna cum laude in 2013. At Miami Law he was an awarded member of the University of Miami School of Law’s Moot Court Board and the Managing Editor of the Psychology, Public Policy, and Law Journal. His scholastic distinctions include obtaining both the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Communication and Research I, earning the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Legal Communication and Research II, and attaining Academic Honors in both the Pretrial and Trial Sections of the Litigation Skills Program. Mr. Yersel is a litigation attorney with a diverse practice experience in lawsuits including but not limited civil, commercial, consumer, labor, landlord/tenant, foreclosure, family, criminal, and appellate advocacy. He is also an adjunct professor of business law at Florida Atlantic University’s College of Business.
